Shipping Policy
Shipments will be delivered within 2-5 days to U.A.E. Pre-orders take 7 to 15 days.
Once an AWB (Air Waybill Number) is generated, customers will be notified via registered email or mobile number.
If an item is unavailable, you will be notified, and a refund will be issued automatically for the unavailable item.

Returns & Replacements
All discounted orders are final sale.
Returns for damages, refunds, or exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, all sales are final.
A 25% restocking fee applies for opened products unless defective.

International Shipping Terms
International shipments are available. Buyers are responsible for taxes and customs fees.
Refusing to pay taxes/fees will result in a return where only 70% of the item value (excluding shipping) will be refunded.
